Staying at Dennis road Guesthouse presents, we believe, a risk of infection that is significantly less than hotels and other accommodation options. The property is relatively isolated, and we have increased our already robust cleaning and hygiene methods.

ZONING: All guests are required to restrict movement as far as possible to their allocated accommodation units and not unnecessarily visit other areas of the property.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: All guests and staff are required to comply fully with social distancing guidelines. 

HYGIENE: Guests are requested to pay special attention to their personal hygiene and the cleanliness of their zone. In particular, guests are advised to wash hands regularly and properly.

VISITORS: In everyone’s interest, (not least of all our guests themselves!), guests are requested to limit visitors to the minimum. Guests should ensure that visitors comply fully with our guidelines.

DELIVERIES: We do not allow deliveries onto the property (except for limited and controlled deliveries to the guesthouse itself). All deliveries to guests must be met outside the main gate. Guests are advised not make direct contact with delivery staff. 

LAUNDRY: We recommend that guests place their laundry outside their unit as required and we will arrange for it to be done and returned to your unit. Please liaise with Barbara.
